Hi and welcome to my website.

I have both a fine art and contemporary dance background that gets fused together form time to time together with a twist of textiles. In fact textiles are used to create sculptural installation and canvases now so that’s become a big factor over the last few years. So you will find on this website fused painting/textiles pieces, painting studies of movement, digital collage of movements, textiles sculptural installation and performance works. It sounds a lot but once you begin to see aspects of it really does all intertwine and move together as a body of work.

Most of my work derives from observing and reflecting on the physicality of the figurative and the mechanics of the mind or both! I could go on about memory, perception and the use of surface in relation to the body but that could end up in a mouthful of essay. So peruse at your own pace and I will see you around.
