Returns and Refunds Policy

We endeavour to present the most recent most accurate and most reliable information on our website at all times, but there may be occasions when some of the information featured may contain incomplete data, typographical errors or inaccuracies. As each piece of ‘Original Artwork’ is individual and unique in nature, in the unlikely event of a duplicated sale, a full refund will be given to the Buyer within twenty eight days of the error being discovered. The Seller shall not be liable for any loss of any description arising from such duplication, or any other cause, other than the refund of the purchase price.

In the event of loss or damage in the course of delivery, the Seller will, on receiving reasonable evidence of such loss or damage, provide a full refund. In the event of loss or damage after delivery to the nominated address, the Seller shall have no further liability.

All transactions will be processed in UK pounds sterling.

Export Restrictions

The Seller is not aware that there are any export restrictions applicable to the despatch of any artwork purchased from this website., nor is the Seller aware of any import restrictions applicable to those products in the Country to which they are despatched. The contents of the packaging will be printed on its exterior and it is the responsibility of the Buyer to ensure that all necessary local requirements for importation are satisfied. All products will be despatched outside the UK at the Buyer’s risk by post. Any other delivery requirements will incur additional costs.

Delivery Instructions

Documentation confirming the transaction will be dispatched to the Buyer within twenty eight days of the sale taking place.

Distance Marketing Directive

The Laws of England and Wales apply to this Contract and the language applicable to it and all communication regarding it is English.
