"Woven into the magnificent and intricate architecture of Derby Cathedral, sights and sounds flow from the pulpit to the crypt. Soft Pillars, shroud-like hangings and movement monuments combine to create an eerie three dimensional effect. A unique concept in performance, Afternature combines movement, music, lighting, slide projections and reams of textiles to explore memories."
"Domoerge le corps en pies encore - Let the body rest in peace now."
"Afternature is based on patterns, memories and experiences. There are recurring themes in the dance and then there are random moments and tangents ... we want the audience to be brave and whilst not exactly to interact with the dancers getting close and seeing the spectacle from as many different angles as they can."
"Domoerge deux" - Performance and Installation "... in the tiny space is a single dancer, the room is filtered with light, a voice and fabric pillars. The dancer dances a solitary dance. She seems encapsulated in the womb-like space and it almost feels like an intrusion being in there with her. The effect is quite emotive yet strangely calming."
